Adults or children can choose to read the story themselves or have it read aloud by the author. The app also features a mode where pages are read and then turned automatically for hands-free use. The optional interactive elements can be explored in all modes.
Included in the app is a fun mini-game where children are asked to help the ‘Little Ones’ clear mist from brightly coloured pictures.
The app is retina display compatible throughout and offers children an app experience free from advertising or in-app purchases. The production credits and feedback screen is protected by a delightful numerical child lock.

Note to Editors. Background information:
…and Little Ones too! is an original children’s rhyming story written by Mike Brown in 1986 when his sons were very young. It was a favourite bedtime story of theirs and was later fondly read and remembered at family Christmas gatherings. It has always been a dream to publish the story.
In mid 2012 after releasing several iPhone and iPad apps Aled Brown, app designer and owner of A5 Multimedia Ltd, had the idea to produce an iPad version of the family tale. Having known and worked with illustrator, Stephen Heaton, for many years and after attending the 2012 iOS Dev UK developer’s conference in Aberystwyth, both Aled and Stephen were inspired by the speakers (some of whom had worked for Apple) to produce something special.
After many months of hard work and the support of family and friends …and Little Ones too! became a reality.
